For my niece's fifth birthday I bought her a dress at the shop Under at Tjärhovsgatan, Stockholm. My cousin owns the place so I could get a little discount. I think the dress is an artwork in it self.
Here is a close-up of the pattern itself. Beautiful, isn't it?

Gerald Steffe
This weekend I was at an art exhibition with Gerald Steffe. It was at Edsvik konsthall, in Sollentuna.
It was a funny coincidence that brought me there. Gerald Steffe was one of my art teachers at Långholmens Folkhögskola 5 years ago. Then it turned out that my friend is friends with him. So my friend brought me there and I got to meet Gerald again after suck long time! It was great. I really love his art. It's really inspiring. Here is one of the pieces that I depicted.
I think the creature is called "little Taurus". One of my favorites.

Amy
So this one I made about six months after Amy Winehouse passed away. It was a big shock when I read about it in the papers. I always thought she would get a grip and manifest the beauty she was. So this portrait I made with much love and sorrow, because she means so much to me.
I used organza with a little piece of sewing thread to make the butterflies. The head is a supermagnified bubble I took from Internet. The ear ring is cut out in gold and the eye lashes is cut out from colored paper. The rest is made with Tombow Dual Brush Pencils.
